FREE PONY SESSIONS

At LUNA, our horses and ponies are gentle creatures. Our FREE pony sessions are designed to create calm, positive, and educational experiences that help visitors truly understand horses, not just admire them from afar.

These sessions are hands on, family friendly and pressure free, focusing on learning, confidence and connection rather than riding or performance.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Although sessions are free, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or are more than 10 minutes late to your session, you will be charged $10 per person. 

Meet & Learn All About Horses - For FREE!

Come spend time with our gentle ponies in a relaxed, welcoming barn environment. These sessions are thoughtfully designed for education, comfort and meaningful interaction. 

There is no riding during these sessions. The focus is on learning, safety and building respectful connections with horses. 

What You'll Do During Your Session

FEED

Feed the ponies using provided, approved treats!

GROOM

Groom and interact with ponies up close.

LEARN

Learn about horse care, behavior, body language, and daily routines. Understand basic horse safety and handling principles. Ask questions and explore whether horses or ponies are the right fit for your family or lifestyle. 

Beyond the ordinary

Sessions are calm, unhurried, and guided to ensure both human and animal comfort.

Pony sessions are ideal for:

  • Anyone curious about horse care
  • Individuals considering future horse or pony involvement
  • Anyone wanting a wholesome, educated farm experience

No prior horse experience is required. 

Important Notes:

  • No riding - this is a ground based, educational experience.
  • Sessions are focused on learning, confidence and connection.
  • Horses' comfort and welfare are always prioritized
  • Children must be supervised by an adult

These sessions are intentionally gentle and low pressure to create positive first experiences with horses.
